The time has come to say slán to the class of 2018. We hope they have fond memories of their 8 years in Sliabh a’ Mhadra. We thank them for all they have contributed to our school and we wish them every success in the future. Thank you to Fr. Brendan for joining us on Graduation day and for giving 6th class a special blessing. Many thanks to Stella Fealy for creating a stunning Graduation cake! Special thanks to Ciara Moriarty, Nessa Donegan and our wonderful Parents’ Association for providing such a fabulous selection of food.

Shrieks and screams of delight filled the classrooms today when the sound of the ice-cream van was heard pulling into the school. There were delicious cones for everyone with a choice of topping, perfect for a sweltering hot summers’ day at school! The visit was courtesy of the Parents’ Association. Míle buíochas!

Junior and Senior Infants had a super day in Sandy Feet Farm on their school tour. Many thanks to Eleanor and Pádraig for making our day so enjoyable and to Dan our bus driver for getting us there and back safely.
